Mike is a business development and commercial/contract management professional with over 10 years of experience in the NZ Government and private sectors.

As Business Director for IQANZ and Johnson Partners Limited (JPL), Mike leads the provision of business development, account management, commercial and contract management, and client/customer relationship management. In this role, Mike is responsible for ensuring there is a strong pipeline of work for IQANZ and JPL consultants and contractors, that the commercial and contractual arrangements between IQANZ/JPL and its clients are robust and aligned with what is agreed upfront, and that our delivery of assurance and consulting services meets the expectations of our clients (service, scope, time, cost, and quality).
