Kerry has more than 20 years of experience in business case writing, business analysis, change management and project management. He has been working in Wellington, mostly for NZ Government organisations, since 2003 and has worked on several all-of-government level initiatives and significant inter-organisational projects.
Kerry is a business case, benefits management, and ILM specialist with ample experience developing complex business cases to secure government funding for project and programme delivery engagements. He conducts ILM workshops, risk workshops and Risk Profile Assessments, options analysis, benefits logic mapping and benefits realisation activities for his clients, and has written countless business cases for NZ Government organisations.
Kerry has a track record of working with “Chief” level personnel and leading project teams of up to 30 people. Kerry also has a broad background in research and related fields, including qualitative and quantitative analysis.
