Kevin has managed, governed, and reviewed countless projects, programmes and portfolios of work. Through experience, he has developed a strong ability to set up and manage/deliver complex initiatives with challenging governance environments, including cross-agency initiatives and governance groups.

Kevin is excellent at establishing governance structures and ensuring roles and responsibilities and decision-making processes are defined and understood by all, with ownership of outcomes defined. He has set up, delivered, rescued, and assured many projects and programmes that have had a positive impact on New Zealand.

Kevin also delivers project, programme, and portfolio governance and sponsors/steering group training and coaching services for IQANZ clients to improve delivery governance practices and decision-making across their organisations.
