Nicki has over 20 years of experience in implementation management, project management and independent quality assurance in the financial sector and government organisations. Before joining IQANZ in 2006, she worked with the Tower Financial Services group for eight years.

As IQANZ’s Managing Director, Nicki is responsible for the leadership of the IQANZ team of consultants and associates, operational management, and business plan delivery. Nicki is a NZ Government Qualified Lead Reviewer for Project and Programme Assurance. She leads the delivery of Project, Programme and Portfolio Assurance Services to many government agencies and private sector organisations.

Nicki’s background in project management and her inquisitive mind and analytical nature allows her to work with clients to understand the barriers to project success and identify strategies to overcome them.

Nicki’s core capabilities include the areas of Independent Quality Assurance, Project Management, Project Management Framework Development, Benefits Management, Implementation Management, Test Planning and Execution, Relationship and Client Account Management.
